1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchase from mypjure.com (the “Site”), operated by PJURE LDA, R. Goa 60, 2645-167 Alcabideche, Portugal.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing from PJURE, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. A binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or incorrect pricing.
All orders are subject to availability.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The price shown at checkout is the final price, including applicable taxes and fees.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
We may update prices at any time, but this does not affect confirmed orders.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination.
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon confirmed delivery.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, unless otherwise covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Our water filters are designed for residential under-sink use under normal household conditions. PJURE is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by third-party modifications.

PJURE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g., for death, personal injury, or fraud).

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Disputes may be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts or resolved through the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
