We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. No worries, we’ve got your back. Here’s how returns and refunds work at PJURE:
1. 100 Day Right of Withdrawal
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 100 days from delivery to send your order back.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Free €0 return fee - we will take care of it.
Once we receive and check your item, we’ll refund the product price straight back to your original payment method — usually within 7 days.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Main Filter Only)
We believe you’ll love your PJURE Stainless Steel Under Sink Water Filter. But if you’re not 100% happy within the first 100 days, just drop us an email at hello@mypjure.com and we’ll sort it out.
This applies to the main filter system only (not replacement filters), and the product must come back complete and in good shape.
3. What’s Not Returnable
Replacement Filters: For hygiene and safety reasons, once opened they can’t be returned (unless something’s genuinely wrong with them).
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or missing packaging.
4. If Something’s Not Working
If your filter isn’t performing as it should, reach out right away. We’ll guide you through a quick troubleshooting check first. If it still doesn’t work, we’ll replace it for you at no extra cost.
